Feasibility studies can be as simple as a providing the owner with a detailed location map, demographics of the area and a competition rate survey or as elaborate as to also include market supply and demand, recommended unit mix, pricing, line drawings of project, competition analysis, and business plan complete with pro-forma statements and cash flow analysis. 

 

Setting up your office for the first time can and will make a huge difference in the profitability of the site. What type of building is best? What size are the buildings going to be? How will the buildings be oriented on your property? What type of gate system will you use? Which management software? Will you bill all tenants or just some? How much will you charge for late fees? How will you collect your delinquent rentals?
