Scott Harris is the principal and holds a degree in Finance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has been a licensed Realtor in the state of Pennsylvania. For the past 16 years Scott has been directly involved with all phases of the self storage industry from startup to sale. His experience in sales as well as in construction management makes him a unique individual in this field. He has performed numerous feasibility studies and start up analysis' as well as being an owner of his own facility. We currently are managing sites from Charleston, WV. to Pittsburgh, PA. to Cleveland, OH.
